I don't feel the name: SubMOCersLeague.
I'm thinking something that shows "progression".
People don't want to be Sub-. I think this should be the group where we work with them and their MOCs until perfection.

yes. If you are in SBML you are in AverageMOCers also but not vise versa
Okay well. This would be a good "step below" the BML I think. If MOCs don't make it to the BML we'll tell them to come your way then. We usually send them to MOC-Maker.
